Counter-Notification

- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was in error
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction in Florida courts
Repeat Infringers
Northpath Tech has the discretion to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property laws.
